Behaviours build or break workplaces!
Increasing effectiveness is easier than you think
* Would you like your workplace to work better? * Would you like to lead enthusiastic, productive, committed people? * To be spending your energy on what is important and not getting derailed by turf wars, conflict and other unproductive behaviours? * To be proud of where you work and to know that what you do actually makes a difference?
That's what most people want and few feel they achieve.
Tracey McGrath can help.

“QTEC trains quantum scientists to commercialise their research and take leading roles at CXO level in start-up businesses based on their generated intellectual property. We called upon Tracey’s expertise to assist in the mindset shift that is necessary to help academic scientists to transition to ‘business thinking’ and be capable company board directors. Tracey’s experience in mentoring top management teams and expertise was incredibly valuable in helping our programme delegates make this transition.”
Jane Garrett | Deputy Director, Enterprise, University of Bristol
