Behaviours build or break workplaces!
Increasing effectiveness is easier than you think
* Would you like your workplace to work better? * Would you like to lead enthusiastic, productive, committed people? * To be spending your energy on what is important and not getting derailed by turf wars, conflict and other unproductive behaviours? * To be proud of where you work and to know that what you do actually makes a difference?
That's what most people want and few feel they achieve.
Tracey McGrath can help.
Psychologist Tracey McGrath has been consulting throughout Australia since 1993. Based in Perth, Western Australia, Tracey has designed and delivered over 600 programs aimed at improving workplace effectiveness; covering aspects such as
- increasing strategic thinking,
- raising the bar on emotionally intelligent leadership,
- applying the ethics and action steps for embracing difficult conversations,
- excelling at managing challenging behaviour and resolving conflict, and finally
- strengthening capacity for adjusting to change and achieving results.
Known for her practical and engaging programs, Tracey focuses on the human aspect of the workplace! Tracey has conducted leadership programs for Rio Tinto, BHP, Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Department of Commerce, as well as intensive three-day residential programs for the Coles Group.
Tracey has a regular radio program and her expertise has been featured in two television programs as well as printed in the media and several books. In addition to her qualifications in psychology and project management, she is the only Australian to have received an international WOW! Award for displaying excellence in customer service.
She would love to talk to you about your people challenges and aspirations.
She entertains while educating conference audiences on how to increase personal and professional effectiveness.
She will come to your organisation and work with you to develop and deliver solutions to your people problems.
She does both ‘raising the bar’ and ‘remedial’ coaching. She will work with your leaders on how to approach difficult workplace behaviour and address emotional intelligence barriers. She will also work with those people you hope to keep, but cannot risk their existing behaviour any longer.
Tracey talks about workplace behaviour. The weird, funny and sad things we do and how we can do better. No matter how serious the topic, Tracey’s audiences leave uplifted as well as informed.
Tracey develops programs specific to need and has delivered more than 600 over the years. They address problem behaviours in the workplace. Content is combined with emotional intelligence in order to address the how of what to do and the why they aren’t.
Tracey will listen, probe beneath the surface to identify cause not symptoms and collaborate over what options will best fit your organisation.
Coaching can be ‘raising the bar’ or ‘remedial’ (aka ‘get fixed or get fired’). Tracey will help with both. If you want better outcomes for yourself or from an employee, then coaching might be the answer.
“QTEC trains quantum scientists to commercialise their research and take leading roles at CXO level in start-up businesses based on their generated intellectual property. We called upon Tracey’s expertise to assist in the mindset shift that is necessary to help academic scientists to transition to ‘business thinking’ and be capable company board directors. Tracey’s experience in mentoring top management teams and expertise was incredibly valuable in helping our programme delegates make this transition.”
