Understanding conflicts session for tutors

Thank you for your excellent presentation to tutors involved in the “Animal and Human Bioethics”unit.  I believe that the group found it very useful in you did very well to cover quite a lot of information in the short time available.

Despite being unknown to the group, you established a rapport almost immediately, which helped everyone to feel at ease with you and what you are communicating, as well is making it comfortable for individuals to ask questions.

Your strong, clear speaking voice maintained the group’s interests and you provided a good explanation of the key points you made.

The notes you supplied were also very helpful and I think the tips on how to “set the ground rules” were very helpful, especially for the “first-time” tutors.

Once again, thank you for your very professional interesting presentation, especially at such short notice.  I have placed your business card on file in the event that the Office of Continuing Veterinary Education coordinates any future seminars for veterinarians on conflict issues.
